Rowan Williams, Archbishop of Canterbury;

Timothy Dolan, Archbishop of New York and President of the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops;

Peter Elder Hickman, Presiding Bishop of the Ecumenical Catholic Communion;

Demetrios, Primate of the Greek Orthodox Church in America;

Jonah, Metropolitan of All America and Canada, Orthodox Church in America;

Katharine Jefferts Schori, Presiding Bishop of The Episcopal Church;


Mark Hanson, Presiding Bishop of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America;
