Said in unison:

God of justice and love, who take away the sins of the world, have mercy on us as we confess our sin.  We call you God of creation, yet we serve idols of our own making.  We confess Christ as our Savior, yet we rely on elaborate security systems for our protection.  We claim the indwelling Spirit, yet we abide by our own counsel.  Forgive our double-mindedness, and through Christ make us whole.
